Policy holder entry age: 0 to 55 years (Standard Age Proof) 18 to 40 (Non-Standard Age Proof)

Maturity Age: 20 years to 75 years

Risk Coverage: 8 years to 75 years

Policy Term: 20 years and above, Cash Gain in 15 years

Minimum Premium: SUPER CASH GAIN: 5900/-(Hly), Yearly 10,900/-; 13,400/-; 25,900/-, 50,900/-; 1, 00,900/-.

SUPER SAVER YEARLY: 3900/-, 7800/-, 11,700 and CASH GAIN: 6650/-Yearly

Premium Paying Term: Policy term minus 5 years (15 Years, in all Products)

FEATURES:

• Bonus at maturity @10%
• Money back option every five or three years 20% of base sum assured.
• Avail 7% premium discount on such payments for the FY 2012-13.
• Guaranteed death benefits up to 4 times of the Base Sum Assured (Optional)
• If regular premiums are paid, the policy holder will receive 20% of the Base Sum Assured as Cash-Back at the end of Policy Years.
• If only 8 years premiums are paid & subsequent premiums not paid, policy can be converted to single premium term plan with return of premium. (minimum 8 years premium payment).

• Accidental Death : Sum assured + Base Sum Assured (18 to 50 years)

• Standard Age Proof: TC,SSC Marks list, Driving license, PAN Card, Passport, Birth Certificate
• Non-Standard Age Proof: Voter ID, Ration card, Any insurance Bond, Notify Certificate…etc.
• Accepted by DD only: “BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE CO. Ltd.” Payable at SALEM
